Organize webmate Tests

If you frequently run tests with webmate and want to keep track of the results, we offer features to organize your tests and easily find the ones you are looking for fast.

You can name your tests and assign tags to filter according to those tags.

Name your tests

To organize your test runs, you can name the tests when configuring the capabilities.

Tag your tests

To better organize your tests, you can tag the tests when setting the browser capabilities. You can specify multiple tags by separating them with a comma.

Filter your tests in the TestLab

Now that you organized your test with names and tags, you can look at them in the TestLab and see their names (1) and tags (2).

At the top, you have the option to filter the tests using tags by clicking on Tags. Simply select the tags you want to include in the dropdown menu.
