Integrate webmate with Jira

You can use the Jira integration to report issues from test runs directly to your Jira instance.

Note: It is recommended to use a technical user account for setting up the integration.

Setting up

In order to configure your Jira integration, navigate to the Administration section and select Integrations.

Click on New Integration.

A dialog is displayed where you need to fill in a title and description for your integration (1) and the authentication information in order for webmate to use the Jira API (2). After saving the configuration, the integration is active and can be used from within the test lab. Please refer to the article on how to create a Jira issue if you want to learn how you can create Jira issues from within webmate or to Share a Finding .
